Welcome to our website

ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION HAS SURGED
 SINCE JOE BIDEN TOOK OFFICE

The Mexican government has basically surrendered much of the territory along its border with the United States to criminals, drug traffickers, human smugglers, gangs, and organized crime.

It’s also creating a chance for terrorists from the Middle East and elsewhere to take advantage of. Those determined to cause havoc in the United States can’t use an plane, ship or truck to enter the United States . . . BUT . . . they can just simply walk across the U.S./Mexican border and bring all kinds of dreadful weapons with them. Consider the facts for yourself.

Just since President Joe Biden took office, more than 5.7 million people have crossed illegally into the United States, according to the House Committee on U.S. Homeland Security.

This includes more than 4.5 million people crossing the U.S./Mexican border that were intercepted and stopped by federal agents, plus 1.2 million people whom federal authorities call “gotaways,” people who evaded Customs and Border Patrol (CPB) agents and are now living and operating inside the United States.

That’s more people that live in Los Angeles, the second largest city in the U.S., and we have no idea who they are or where they are!

These numbers are similar to a report issued by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), which estimates that more than 5.5 million people have crossed illegally into the United States, mainly across the U.S./Mexican border.

“FAIR’s figure contains the 4.4 million nationwide total reported by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) – which includes around 3.9 million at our southwest border – as well as approximately 1.1 million ‘gotaways’ who have entered the country undetected per agency sources,” the organization notes.

“Based on publicly available CBP data, court filings, and ‘gotaways,’ FAIR estimates that 2.4 million were either released by federal authorities or entered the country’s interior undetected,” the group adds. The result is “a crisis of epic proportions.”

What President Biden is doing is horrifying, immoral, shocking and unacceptable. Does he not understand the nature and threat of evil . . . or does he not care?? His border policies are already leading to a wave of crime, death and human misery . . . and it could get much worse.

UNDER TRUMP,
ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION PLUNGED

So, former U.S. President Donald J. Trump did many things wrong . . . BUT he did everything he could to stop the flood of people, drugs and terrorists trying to get into the States via Mexico, warning that the U.S. was facing a dangerous “invasion” from the South.

AND the Democrats in Congress did everything they could to stop him. But, Trump ordered to build a wall (they did – completing 452 miles before he left office), dramatically increase the number of CBP agents by 15,000, and negotiate a “Remain In Mexico” policy to keep migrants applying for a visa to enter the U.S. in Mexico until their applications were fully processed.

He was absolutely right to do so – and his approach showed real results.

The primary and secondary border walls that have blocked migrants at the U.S./ Mexico border from seeking asylum since 2020, in Tijuana, Mexico, May 9, 2023.

In Trump’s first year in office alone, the number of people trying to illegally enter the U.S. through Mexico plunged to a 46-year low and the arrest of illegals inside the U.S. surged by 25%. In Trump’s first two years in office, CBP officers made 266,000 arrests of criminal aliens, including those “charged or convicted of approximately 100,000 assaults, 30,000 sex crimes, and 4,000 killings,” according to the White House.

BUT, What Did Biden Do?

President Biden has completely reversed course. He stopped building the wall, ended the “Remain In Mexico” policy, and has signaled to the world that he is NOT serious about protecting the border.

SO, what happened? Iillegal immigration is skyrocketing . . . and it shall get much worse as Title 42 ends on May 11.

Title 42 comes from a federal law that dates back to 1944 meant to help prevent the spread of communicable disease. It's what essentially gave authority to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to take emergency action in March 2020, allowing immigration authorities to quickly expel migrants and denying entry to asylum seekers.

The end of Title 42, the pandemic-era rule that allowed government authorities to turn away migrants seeking entry at the U.S.' southern border, is raising questions about a possible increase in the number of people entering the country and the most likely cost to taxpayers.

So far, an increase in illegal border entries has not happened, although Border Patrol agents on Friday apprehended 6,300 migrants, a historically high level. At the same time, the Biden administration is seeking to expand ways for migrants to come to the U.S. legally, including a program for migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela who have American sponsors.

Unauthorized migrants are not eligible for many types of federal aid, even though some states extend social service programs to include them. Migrants without documentation are also often fearful of claiming benefits because they don't want to risk deportation or legal problems, said Tanya Broder, senior staff attorney with the National Immigration Law Center (NILC).
Spike in illegal border entries does not materialize in immediate aftermath of Title 42's end.
Title 42 ends with 60,000 migrants waiting near U.S./Mexico border.

How Title 42's end shall reshape the immigration policy at the U.S./ Mexico border

Even though some migrants are quickly deported directly from the southern border or kept in immigration detention, many of these migrants . . . especially asylum-seekers and families with children . . . are released into the U.S. with court notices or instructions to check in with immigration officials.

Even though they do not have legal status, they are allowed by the government to live in the U.S. while an immigration judge decides whether they qualify to stay or should be deported . . . and this process that can take years. Here's what to know about migrants and what government benefits they can and cannot receive.

Can unauthorized migrants access federal aid programs?
Unauthorized migrants, or those who haven't entered the U.S. through a legal pathway such as receiving a work visa or gaining asylum or refugee status, are not eligible for most major federal aid programs, according to the NILC.

That means unauthorized migrants cannot receive benefits from programs including food stamps, Medicaid, Medicare, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (welfare), and Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program, among other federal aid.

BUT . . . there are some federal programs that these migrants may qualify for, although they are limited. They include emergency Medicaid, which pays for the medical costs of unauthorized migrants in the case of a medical emergency. School meal programs are available to all children, regardless of their immigration status.

GROWING THREAT OF TERRORISM

By refusing to secure America’s borders, President Biden has opened the floodgates to terrorists, drug-runners, and human traffickers, therefore putting the lives and well-being of the American people in critical danger.

In 2022, federal authorities apprehended 98 people on the “terror watchlist” trying to slip into the U.S., and all of them were trying to enter through Mexico.

Worse yet, in the first few months of 2023, 82 persons on the terror watchlist have been caught trying to enter the U.S. All but two of them, through Mexico. This means that the number of terrorists that federal agents are stopping on the borders is rising rapidly.

Does this not raise several serious questions in your mind?
#1. Just how many people on the terror watch list are in the U.S. undetected?
#2. What kind of weapons and how many are they smuggling into the country?
#3. What are these terrorists’ plans and intentions?
#4. Do you think the authorities can identify and stop their threats before mass casualty attacks take place?
#5. Do they (Biden and others) really care?

America certainly has a problem . . . both from the outside AND the inside!
